Looking for a driven and experienced DevOps engineer to provide full application lifecycle & deployment support.
• Work with both developers and system administrators with a focus on automating build and deployment automation
• DevOps hands-on tooling experience, Strong Jenkins, Ansible / Puppet/ Chef, Docker (good to have) JIRA, Confluence, GitHub/Gitlab
• Sound knowledge and experience with Java/J2EE and working with microservices.
• Architect highly available and scalable services leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, Virtualization
• Strong understanding and experience operating in an agile development environment
• Lead the charge in cross-team collaborations Required Skills
• Experience implementing CI/ CD strategies and using version control tools like Git
• Experience using a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services
• Experience releasing code using CA Atomic Release Automation is a strong plus
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation solutions (Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc)
• Knowledge of Java environments, Java Application Server administration and JVM tuning
• Advanced Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems and Administration
• Advanced knowledge of code and script (Ex: JavaScript, Python, Shell, Ruby, Bash, etc)
• Advanced knowledge of utilising database queries.
• Cloud(AWS, Azure, GCP), Network Design, Cloud Billing
• Good to Have: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana(any monitoring tool)
