Solution Architect BFSI India

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team in Mumbai/Pune. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain, with strong presales and implementation experience. The candidate should have technical expertise with at least one of the core banking systems (Temenos, Finacle, FIS, TCS BaNCS, Oracle FLEXCUBE, etc.).

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions for BFSI clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.

– Engage in presales activities, including proposal development, solution presentations, and technical discussions with clients.

– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver architectural solutions that meet business needs.

– Provide technical guidance and support to implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.

– Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the robustness and scalability of solutions.

– Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve the architecture process.

– Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

 

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 10 years of experience as a solution architect, with a proven track record of delivering successful solutions in the BFSI domain.

– Strong presales and implementation experience, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

– Technical expertise with at least one of the core banking systems (Temenos, Finacle, FIS, TCS BaNCS, Oracle FLEXCUBE, etc.).

– Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and techniques.

– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

– Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

– TOGAF certification is highly desirable.

 

Education:

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
